From launching their personal brands to learning how to take care of their mindset and overcome limiting beliefs - our ambitious interns are working on some incredibly exciting things!💫

Including Molly East, an innovative freelance graphic designer and brand artist who creates vibrant, illustrative and audacious designs, working with independent, and ethical businesses who are looking to create a positive impact in the world.

We asked Molly a few questions about her experience on the internship and her exciting plans for the future.

What are 3 fun facts about you?

"I'm obsessed with monstera plants, love 80s music, and am addicted to buying funky jumpers!"

Why did you want to build your personal brand?

"To connect with my audience and be as real and honest as possible with them."

What was you favourite part of the digital internship?

"The Mindset Makeover course content, gave me a lot to think about which I don't usually dedicate time to! Loved how well it was broken down to help you put strategies in place to make a positive difference."

Who would you love to work for/with?

"I'd love to work with ethical companies such as Lucy & Yak, feminist platforms such as Freeda, and charities and organisations focused around women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, mental health and climate change."

What projects are your currently working on? 

" I'm currently preparing for the Hallam Enterprise Awards where I'm a finalist and have the opportunity to pitch my brand to a panel, and potential win some funding to expand my business."
